Perfect 10 Pasta Salad
8 oz. uncooked Barilla Piccolini® Farfalle pasta
3 Tbsp I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Soft Spread
1½ cups chopped, cooked veggies: peas, carrots,
broccoli, zucchini, red or yellow peppers
Grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, return to pot. Add I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® and stir. Mix in remaining ingredients. Serve with Izze Sparkling Juice® , and an apple.
TIP:

Barilla Pasta Sauce
Part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Olives and bell peppers
INSTRUCTIONS:
Top bagel thins halves with 1-2 Tbsp of your favorite Barilla pasta sauce. Sprinkle shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese on top. Make faces out of olives and green & yellow pepper slices. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Let cool completely, and refrigerate until ready to eat.



Purple Power Smoothie
2 bananas, peeled and cut in chunks
½ cup frozen blueberries or blackberries
1 cup 100% pure orange juice or cranberry-grape juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
½ cup nonfat or soy milk (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place bananas, blueberries, juice, vanilla and ice in a blender, puree. Add honey to sweeten. Use nonfat or soy milk to add creaminess to the smoothie.
