1 flour tortilla (6 inch)
1 Tbsp. low fat cream cheese
2 Tbsp. salsa
3 slices deli shaved oven roasted turkey breast
2 Tbsp. 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese
2 lettuce leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spread tortilla with low fat cream cheese, then salsa. Top with turkey, cheddar and lettuce; roll up.

Gold Medal Chicken Noodle Soup
6 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cups Signature Cafe® whole roasted chicken, diced
1 cup egg noodles, uncooked
1 tsp. basil
1/2 cup Bolthouse Farms® carrots, diced
1/2 cup of your child's favorite fresh vegetables, diced
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook all ingredients in a large pot for 15 minutes.
Serve with Special KTM Cracker Chips.




Purple Power Smoothie
2 bananas, peeled and cut in chunks
½ cup frozen blueberries or blackberries
1 cup 100% pure orange juice or cranberry-grape juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
½ cup nonfat or soy milk (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place bananas, blueberries, juice, vanilla and ice in a blender, puree. Add honey to sweeten. Use nonfat or soy milk to add creaminess to the smoothie.

Skating Star Sandwich
1 hard boiled egg, mashed
1 Tbsp. Bestfoods/Hellmann's® Light Mayonnaise
1 tsp.
mustard
1 slice smoked ham
2 slices whole grain wheat bread
Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix mashed eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in small bowl. Spead egg salad on one slice of bread. Top with ham. Spread mustard on remaining slice of bread, and put on top of sandwich. Use star shaped cookie cutter to cut out 2 sandwiches. Pack with Cara Cara orange and Nabisco® 100 Calorie Pack Oreo Thin Crisps.



Triple Axel Apple Dippers
Gala Apples
1/2 cup Special KTM Low-Fat Granola Cereal
1/4 cup Sun-Maid natural raisins
1 bag O Organics Apple Bites
1 2 oz. Stonyfield YoKid Squeezers Strawberry organic yogurt tube, frozen*
*will thaw by lunchtime
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix granola and raisins in a small container. To serve, squeeze thawed yogurt on fruit and dip into granola-raisin mixture.


Fresh Cara Cara Pico De Gallo
½ cup Sunkist® Fresh Cara Cara orange segments, diced
2 medium roma tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. Red onion, diced small
1 tsp. Jalapeño pepper, minced
2 Tbsp. Cilantro leaves, minced
½ tsp. Salt
INSTRUCTIONS: (Makes 4 servings)
Combine all ingredients and toss gently to mix thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Perfect for topping white fish, shrimp, chicken, tacos or chips.
