Pre-Game Power Waffle
(makes 4 servings)
8 Eggo Nutra-Grain waffles, toasted and cooled
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
¼ cup powered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch!
Honey almond flax granola
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 cups strawberries, cleaned and sliced
2 cups assorted berries, cleaned and dried

INSTRUCTIONS:
Toast waffles and set aside. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in mixer. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese
mixture on cooled waffle. Cover waffle with layer of kiwi, strawberries, assorted berries and granola. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on second waffle and place on top of first waffle. Place assorted sliced fruit on top and serve immediately.

Grand Slam Sandwich Skewer
(makes 4 servings)
4 Slices 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, toasted
2 Tbsp I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Soft Spread
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked
4 slices roasted sliced turkey
4 Romaine lettuce leaves, cleaned and dried
8 cherry tomatoes
4 skewers
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spread I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® on two slices of 100% Whole Wheat bread. With butter side up, add cooked turkey bacon, roasted turkey, lettuce and remaining two slices of bread. Cut diagonally into four small triangles. Place one
sandwich triangle onto skewer alternating with cherry tomato and repeat twice.
TIP: Combine 1½ Tbsp. whole grain mustard with 2 Tbsp.
light mayonnaise for a dipping sauce.

Strawberry-Lime Muffin—A Home Run Every Time!
(makes 12 servings)
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
3 cups Kellogg’s Corn Flakes® cereal
⅔ cup lime juice
½ cup nonfat lime yogurt
¾ cup nonfat strawberry yogurt
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1 tsp grated lime zest

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a medium bowl stir together flour, sugar and baking powder. In a large bowl combine Kellogg's Corn Flakes®, lime juice, yogurts, vegetable oil and egg. Let stand for 5 minutes and stir in diced berries and lime zest. Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture. Stir until just combined. Coat 12 2½" muffin cups or oven safe baking molds with non-stick cooking spray. Add muffin mixture. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes or until done. Serve warm.
